Terms of Delivery and Returns
Deliveries are made exclusively within Europe. We offer free shipping and free returns within Germany. In the other EU countries we offer free shipping but the return on other EU countries has to be paid by the customer.
Order
After you have placed an order in the webshop, we process it immediately. Within Germany the delivery time is about 3-4 days, in the other countries about 3 to 5 days. You will receive a tracking number from us to track the shipment online. If you can not accept the package, you have the option to choose an alternative delivery date or delivery address.
Return
If you do not like the product you can send within 14 day an email to: contact@camino71.com and refuse to the order.
If would like a different style, a different size or a different color, simply send back your article and place a new order online. Once the return is received, the goods will be checked. The refund of the purchase price will be made within 2 - 5 days via the means of payment chosen by you. If the shoes are worn, we reserve the right to withhold any compensation.

Risk of loss
All products purchased on the website are transported by DPD and delivered to you. The risk of loss is borne by the forwarding company (DPD). The goods are insured!
